I don't see the Organize Bookmarks so I can't back them up!!

I decided to backup my bookmarks but I don't see the Organize Bookmarks in the Bookmarks menu where it used to be and where the Help file says they are. Has it been moved to somewhere else???

"Show All Bookmarks" = "Organize Bookmarks" in Firefox 4 & 5.
