Try downloading Firefox 3.6.3 through this direct link: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.o.../Firefox%20Setup%203.6.3.exe
I am unable to download firefox and adobe reader due to my current internet security settings and do not know how to set them to allow downloads.
