Bookmarks Toolbar Issue
Hello,
I just found out I cannot longer drag an icon from the search bar to the my bookmark toolbar. I loved this feature because it would let me organize my bookmarks with just icons, and have them readily available. But now, I can't do it, not even dragging the URL across the toolbar! Why? Is there a way to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I also can't drag them to change their place across the toolbar when I go to "Manage Bookmarks", again, I used to be able to do this both ways but now it won't let me...
