Since the latest update installed i've been getting a constant empty window with only some coding in it. It won't let me close it and is very annoying.

What security software do you have?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
Why would I want to put my computer in safe mode when most protection and software are disabled. Stupid answer.
