Only One Week of email in Inbox
My wife pointed out that she only has files going back to 10/04/22 (one week) in her inbox (today is 10/11/22). Her Inbox says she has 594 emails and her All Mail folder shows her having 717.
Mail is being deleted somewhere and I do not know what parameter needs to be tweaked to fix this issue.? Her retention policy is set at "Don't delete any messages". Her storage is at 21% full and the space is 3.2 used of 15Gb.
Please advise of what else I can look at how I can fix this..?

Update:
I checked the Gmail server and found that it has email back to 10/12/21.!!? So it would seem that the mail is there, it's just not being 'pulled' from Gmail. I also changed the 'Limit IMAP folders to a max of 5000 messages at the Gmail end. It was set at 1000. Her 'All mail' folder has 731 emails in it. My guess is this means she has have either a max of 5000 messages in any 'one' folder or for all folders..?
At this point I'm getting more confused. HELP!!

what are the account settings in the 'synchronization and storage' part ?
