I have a Pixelbook and I use my Chrome browser for personal use, and want to use Firefox for work - however Google Calendar is displayed zoomed in. No other page on Firefox is....

Changing screensettings doesn't help, and this is the full extent of zooming out from the page.

You are seeing the normal tablet style view of Google calender for a mobile device. You may wish to try desktop mode. This article will help:
