My Firefox account is synced with my phone and PC. Is it possible to filter my history by device so I can see only what sites I’ve visited on my computer and not the history from the Firefox app on my phone?

No, using Sync to sync specific data is all or nothing (all data is merged among connected devices) and you can't differentiate.
