cannot download emails today 4 May 2018. Is thunderbird having issues?
can send emails and can read incoming mail on webmail but cannot download them using thunderbird. Any help gratefully received. Thanks, Carol

Thunderbird is email client software running on your computer so I do not know where you think Thunderbird issues might be. Who is your email provider? What is preventing you from getting your mail? Any error messages?
