"Hide Toolbars" doesn't work on Quantum 57.0.2 for macOS
The "Hide Toolbars" option doesn't work when going fullscreen in macOS High Sierra 10.13. Checking and Unchecking the feature does nothing.

No, CMD+SHIFT+F doesn't make the toolbar hide either.
