If you used the [[Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings|Refresh Firefox]] feature to reset Firefox, then your profile has been restored to the default, meaning that all of your extensions have been removed. Refreshing Firefox should have created a folder on your desktop called "Old Firefox Data".
