few months ago, I had installed mozillia firefox program. and few days later, I removed it because i don't want to use. however, althought i had removed this program completely including firefox folder, i always met some pop up notice related to mozillia firefox whenever i turn on my computer.

that message always popped up when i started my window 7. the context is

"mozilla firefox program is found by your computer, do you want to install additonal program in order to use korean alphabet(?)-expansion function?" yes/no

neither yes nor no, there are no reaction after click the choose menu.

after turn off computer, and turn on again, that pop up message rehappen. and question again.

I think you have mal-ware. Mozilla does not send pop-ups.

For Windows only;

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
