address bar gone after installing speed dial

After installing the speed dial extension with firefox 6.0, my address & search bar have disappeared. I am using windows 7 ultimate.

Solved!!! Go to View - Toolbars - Customise. When the customise window opens, click Restore Default Set button.

Do they come back if you disable or uninstall the addon? Also, try https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Back%20and%20forward%20or%20other%20toolbar%20items%20are%20missing

I removed the speed dial extension and still no address bar. Re-installed and no address bar. In each case, the navigation toolbar is checked, but still missing.
