I have Firefox 3.3.6 I can't find Bookmark Manager..I hate your bookmark help

I am trying to get my bookmarks organized. I have googled everything i can think of, I have Mozelled, and Firefoxed. I still cannot find a bookmark manager. however I don' think anything could make your Boolmarks easy to use.

You can access the bookmarks manager via Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks.

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
