Greetings.

Every time I try to update firefox, or microsoft updates, it automatically cancels the download. When I double click on the download, or click retry, it will download, however will not run. (Or save the file.) If I type the file in the Run drop down application, An error message comes up that tells me this is not a valid Win32 application. I am confused. Is my OS outdated? Do I need to upgrade?

That message means the file is corrupt. Did you download it with a download accelerator? Those apps are notorious for corrupting drivers and the like.

Hey, thanks for the info. Upon further reading into the help section, I realized that I had to uncheck spybot tea timer to get the downloads to save & open. Wish I had read that a couple of months back... Works fine now anywho, thank you for your response.

Have a good one!
