I cannot log in to "Submittal Exchange" website. Is there a setting I nned to change or must I continue to use Internet explorer to access this site?

I cannot log in to the "Submittal Exchange website with Firefox. I can with Internet explorer. I used to be able to log in to the "Submittal Exchange website with Firefox until 2 weeks ago when (apparently) Submittal Exchange made some change to their website.

On a similar not I cannot log in to the USGBC LEED website (https://www.leedonline.com/irj/portal/anonymous)

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

The Submittal Exchange Client Experience Team apologizes for the inconvenience.
