D told me to ask support here.

my Browser was running slow with having hundreds of tabs open (mostly in inactive section), especially after mobile browser update.

Then I just open Firefox, and everything is Gone.

I go download Firefox on my desktop to attempt to backup up any copy of open tabs.

there are none.

luckily I have my history from my mobile saved on to my desktop.

but from what I read and my understanding, there is no way to backup Firefox history, only bookmarks.

what am I suppose to do? any fix? any recovery to access open tabs? or backup history?

(Note; I have tabs on my mobile browser to Never delete tabs. this glitch is Firefox's problem. I probably would've backed up my tabs if it was still working to fix the slowness issue.)

Hi

I am sorry, but it will not be possible to restore those tabs.

It is not possible to back up tabs, bookmarks or passwords in Firefox for Android, but you can sync them to another copy of Firefox using Firefox Sync.

you can backup bookmarks on desktop app.

and I was intending to copy and paste my open tabs into a notepad or a chrome add-on for backup.

ridiculous Firefox doesn't have a way to backup history on desktop....

On desktop you can export your history and bookmarks to a file, that is not so possible on Android. As mentioned, you can send them to another copy of Firefox using Firefox Sync.
