How do I save something from the 'Trash'?
I have been trying to answer an e-mail, but what I have written in T-bird accidentally found its way into the 'Trash'. Is there some way that I can move it from the 'Trash' to the 'Drafts' folder where it belongs?

If you accidentally delete an email and it goes to Trash: You can use 'Undo' to immediately reverse the action. 'Menu app icon' > 'Edit' > 'Undo' or use keyboard 'Ctrl+Z'
You can also: Click on 'Trash' Right click on email and select 'Move to' and select the account Drafts folder. OR Click on 'Trash' Left click and hold down on email in list to grab and then drag email to hover over the 'Drafts' folder and then release the mouse.
Dear Sir: It has gone from bad to worse, in that Thunderbird has decreased the size of the Alphabet letters so that with my poor eyesight I can hardly read what's on the page. Is there some way that I can increase the size of the letters being used? Another thing that would help if I could find away to make the letters 'Bold' or darken them in some way. Everything is on a white background which makes these small letters hard to read.
It is possible to increase the overall size of all font in Thunderbird.
- Menu app icon > Options > General
- Scroll down to the very bottom
- click on 'Config Editor' button to open 'about:config'
It will say be careful :) allow it.
- In search type: pixels
- Look for this line: layout.css.devPixelsPerPx
- Double left click on that line to open the 'Enter string Value' box so you can edit the Value.
The default value will be a negative value: -1.0
- Enter a new positive number eg: 1.25 or 1.5 or 2.0 or 2.2
- click on OK
the effect is immediate, so you can modify that number until it looks ok for you.
