Hello there hap

We have read your message. We try to help you.

To start, you must be connected to the internet.

here you try to enter the password again if nothing happens, go to the account recovery page.

here you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and to enter the captcha identification.

Go to the next page here you will be asked if you want to receive the one-time access code by telephone.

Enter this in the blank field.

You will then be asked to enter a new password.

Enter it again and then you can use the password with a new registration with Thunderbird.

There is no phone number despite some email providers giving one out that goes to scammers. This forum is the only Thunderbird support. Post details of your issue and a volunteer will try and help. The first step would be posting your Thunderbird troubleshooting info. Go to the Help menu in Thunderbird and click Troubleshooting Information. Click Copy to Clipboard and paste that into a reply window on this forum. All the info about fonts is not needed if the forum complains about too many characters.
