I installed a ca that I no longer trust. Can't find any way to manage Firefox' trusted CA list. Please advise.

The only way to remove trusted CA certs is to uninstall Firefox. This will remove all saved data in the browser such as bookmarks, history and passwords. You can use Sync to store the info.
