After selecting an article from the cnn home page to view and opening the selected article, images about other articles appear on the right side of the screen. These images flicker, particularly as I scroll through the chosen article, This problem does not occur on other websites and does not occur on cnn.com when viewing it using MS Edge. I am running Firefox Quantum version 57.0.1 (64 bit). This problem also occurred with the previous version of Firefox. W10 automatically updates to latest version.

I have tried all of the following and nothing has resolved this issue:

  • disabled hardware acceleration
  • updated my video drivers
  • disabled all add-ons and extensions (ran in safe mode)

Any advice would be most appreciated.
