restrict access to about:customizing page

I need to disable access to about:customizing. I can hide #customization-container with /* Remove Customization Page Container */

  1. customization-container { display: none !important; }

in userChrome.css but address bar remains in place. If I remove that whole browser experience is affected. Can you please provide a way to restrict access to about:customizing page..

I got some more stuff got in userChrome.css

#customization-container { display: none !important; }
#wrapper-new-tab-button { display: none !important; }
#wrapper-alltabs-button { display: none !important; }
#wrapper-downloads-button { display: none !important; }
#wrapper-urlbar-container { display: none !important; }
