When people go through my checkout they get taken to a payment gateway by paypal. The address bar flashes green for a slit second before going grey. This stays that way (grey) even though it has the https:

why is it grey if it has the https: it should be green ??

Other peoples shops in bigcartel have the green address bar at this point in the checkout process what the problem with mine??

Hi,

One possible reason could be that part of the content is loaded through normal HTTP. You can also try to do a basic check by opening a blank tab, choose Tools (Alt + T) > Web Developer > Web Console (or Ctrl + Shift + K) and check the console after entering the address. Ideally all requests and resources should show HTTPS.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
