Question pretty much says it all. This is the only add-on that I've had this problem with.

Other add-ons that I have installed are:

Do Not Track + No Script Adblock Plus Clear Cache Browser Protect Better Privacy Shockwave Flash Stock Java items

Am I paranoid about privacy? - You bet!!!

Solved it! Missed disabling an add-on. disabled all, FF allowed search engine add-on, re-enabled add-ons a voila, all is well.
