I do not have a toolbar any more since downloading the new version. There is no orange firefox menu button on the top of my screen. How do I get a tool bar again? I am not a techie, please keep it simple. thanks!

I now have no toolbar, no way to clear recent history, print, etc. There is no orange firefox button to press for a drop down menu or tool bar at the top of my screen or anywhere else. I did find my bookmarks. Please help.
