Hey,

It seems as if the fonts on FF have changed since yesterday when I went to bed =\.

They are now slightly smaller (especially on Facebook). The font seems to be Calibri..but like, size 9 or something.

I am running FF5 (latest) on Windows 7 (fully updated) with the latest Catalyst drivers for my graphics card. Cleartype is also turned on and has not been changed since, presumably, when I first installed Windows over a year ago. I've also tried disabling hardware acceleration.

Is there a way to reset all font options on FF to the default settings?

Thanks.

Changing all fonts to a default is an option you probably would not like

  • Tools > Options > Content > Advanced > (uncheck) Allow pages to ..

You can install a toolbar button to toggle that setting on/off "Custom Toolbar Buttons Maker " /Fonts/ (see #zoom link below)

"NoSquint" allows you to adjust the text-only and full-page (both text and images) zoom levels as well as color settings both globally (for all sites) and per site. Allows you to remember from one session to another settings for a site as opposed to only for current session. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/2592/

Try resetting zoom with Ctrl+0 first

  • Ctrl+0 to reset zoom to 100%
  • Ctrl++ to zoom in
  • Ctrl+- to zoom out

Firefox 4 has [+] and [-] on the Addons bar (replace status bar)_ Not a good solution, because no reset of zoom ("Ctrl+0") was provided, nor even an indication for 100%

Hi,

Firefox was already set to 100% zoom. It seems that fonts such as the ones used in this text that I am typing are fine. Font's used in websites such as Youtube and Firefox are affected.
