When using the site mail.google.com (Gmail) a message is displayed stating "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page. When I click install missing plugins the screen flashes (a message I cannot read because it is to fast) then it says Press Next to install these plugins. Clicking on next displays the message No suitable plugins were found. I have installed java and adobe flash. How do I find out which plugin is missing? 64 bit Ubuntu on HP laptop. Thanks for your work!

There should be a button for Manual Install. Click on it and see if it provides you with a download page or information on the plugin you need to install.

@weather15, thanks. I do not remember seeing a manual button but will look for it. I must have deleted the message that was causing the error because I cannot duplicate it at this time. I will watch and try your suggestion the next time it pops up.
