When on utube, I cant view movies or video. Says I need to download new version of adobe flash player. But I have downloaded current version. But still cant view videos.

IE uses an ActiveX control to handle Flash objects.
Firefox uses a different NPAPI plugin.
You can get the latest version of Flash Player here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Your above posted list of installed plugins doesn't show the Flash plugin for Firefox.

You may have to run the Flash installer as Administrator (right-click: Run as ...) to get access rights for installing the files and modifying the registry.
