My wife installed these (her work's web-based email client told her to). Running FFox 3.5.13 on a Mac G4 OSX 10.4.1.

I have read all other posts about these extensions and nothing works:

1. tried deleting the folder from the Library/Application Support/ folder but it failed

2. started FFox in safe mode via terminal window and uninstalled but it failed

3. disabled and uninstalled via Add-Ons menu but failed.

Anyone know any details about what these extensions do? I think WBE Paste makes email addresses copy and pasteable from web pages. But I have no clue what SZoom 1.1 does. Hoping it's not phishing/lurker-ware

I think we are going to have to contact GoDaddy or Starfield. Starfield is an entity of GoDaddy. I have my email and domain through GoDaddy. I have a feeling this is their problem more than Mozillas

I am not an OSX user, but following is some information.

  • Note: some of the information is technical, but skip those parts and read the rest for a complete understanding.
