Sometimes the gesture for refreshing the page is triggered even when I'm not at the top of the page and am just trying to scroll. I believe its suppose to only trigger when at the top of the page.

I've noticed this and haven't stopped to try to figure out the circumstances where it happens. Usually if I see the reload symbol start to appear, before I lift my finger, I swipe up first and then down, and that usually lets the page roll up.
