Is there a way to get a deleted auto-complete address *back*?

Hello!

So a while back I deleted (shift-delete or ctrl-delete, whichever it is) an auto-complete address from preferences. Turns out I kinda need it back and I shouldn't have deleted it... Is there a way to get that address back into the auto-complete list? I've tried adding it as a bookmark, but that didn't seem to help. Ideas? Or is it gone forever..

Thanks! J

Once you delete that it's usually gone. Unless you have a jason4 backup that has it but that would be tricky as it might not have that there as well.

You can try this to see what happens. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/984189

Cool, thanks. I'll give that a shot!

^: That thread won't help you as the mentioned signons.sqlite file hasn't been used since Firefox 32 and this is only about logins and not about addresses and credit cards that are added more recently. Normal autocomplete form data is stored in formhistory.sqlite, but I'm not sure where address data is stored and whether this is in plain text or encrypted.
