Move to trash from deleted items folder moves unselected items as well

I select one item in Deleted items folder and then "move to" /local/trash, but the selected item and one above it gets moved to trash.

I would like only selected items to be moved.

are you using a wireless mouse by any chance? The last couple of folks I saw here with funny selection issues had a flat battery in their mouse.
