Tracking - Exceptions: no add capability

There does not seem to be a way to add an exception. The the Exceptions page is there in settinge just no add.

Hi

When you are viewing the site you wish to add an exception for, select the lock icon in the address bar and you will be able to see the Enhanced Tracking Proection site preferance and be able to change it.
