Make sure the weblink you are using is correct. Several others had the same issue only to discover the link was misspelled.

Try using a web search.

What DNS service do you currently use ?

You can use the DNS Lookup tool on the about:networking page.

  • you can open "about:" pages via the location/address bar
    this "about:" protocol is used to access special pages
