I have tried disabling all system security (Talktalk F-Secure) on my desktop system but it does not solve the problem. The issue affects my smart phone, tablet and desktop when connecting via my TalkTalk router. However, the tablet, for example, connects via my work router. Any bright ideas anyone

Brilliant, and thank you. Followed your link, set to No Proxy and also Activate DNS to https. Not sure which change worked but problem currently solved. Maybe now I will win the lottery as I can now enter again.
