I am running a recently refreshed version of Firefox 71.0 (64 bit). My Firefox is closing completely whenever I try to browse to locate a file. This happens on multiple sites, but as an example, I went to https://send.firefox.com/ and tried to browse out for a file. The file explorer window opens, but then Firefox freezes and shuts down. There are no crash reports generated when this happens. This also happens when I run Firefox in safe mode. This has been happening for a few days and was also happening in Firefox 70.0.1.

I tried the same process using Microsoft Edge, and I am able to browse out for the file without issue.

Thank You

This did seem to solve the issue. I did have to uninstall Mozilla maintenance support from Windows since simply disabling it did not solve the issue.

Thanks for the help.

Great. I'll update the language to say uninstall rather than disabled. Thanks!
