I have a "dummy" bookmark that appears in my bookmarks window but it has no URL, can't double click it, and can't be deleted. This also keeps me from deleting multiple bookmarks. Even right clicking on it and using the drop down menu doesn't work either. Here is an image of the problem: http://s28.postimg.org/6z1cpq9h9/firefox_bookmark_error.jpg

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.
