Firefox keep crashing

In windows 8, Firefox keep crashing when I start it. It's working when I start it in Safe Mode. Crash reports:

Thanks ! After unchecking Use Hardware Acceleration when available it worked. But there is any disadvantage of that?

It's an available option. Problem is is causes issues for many users.
