I am frequently having a problem logging in to eBay, only with Firefox. Each time it happens, when I've tried to login I just get bounced back to the login screen again.

I am able to 'fix' it by deleting all ebay cookies from Firefox. After doing that I am able to login fine. However the problem soon reoccurs (within 48 hrs).

No problem in Chrome.

If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

This does not help. As stated in original question, clearing cookies *does* work, but the problem starts to reoccur after a few days.

IT JUST A ANTIVIRUS PROBLEM DISABLE UR ANTIVIRUS OR UNINSTALL IT YOUR PROBLEM LL SOLVED 100000000%

No, I am on a Mac and not running antivirus. Also there's something wrong with your caps lock and zero keys....

BUT MU PROBLEM SOLVED WHEN I DISABLE ANTIVIRUS N THERE NOTHING PROBLEM WITH MY CAPS LOCK AND ZERO'S. THIS IS MY STYLE

Hi jthemer, maybe you haven't heard this before, but posting in all CAPS on the internet is considered to be SHOUTING.

You should not run Windows without antivirus protection. If your current products is wrecking browser cookies, try a different one. Microsoft's is free and you can search around on the web for other recommendations if you want more features.
