Session Restore Failure

After a very brief power outage to my pc, the pc automatically restarted but when I opened FF again my Restore Session menu came up showing only 1 window with 2 tabs in it, both labeled as "about:blank." Previously, I had 5 windows open with a various number of tabs opened in each window.
Is there any way to get back my previous windows & tabs?

With Firefox open, go to
Help > Troubleshooting Information > "Show Folder" button
This should display your currently active Firefox settings folder (AKA Firefox profile folder). Make a copy of all sessionstore... files in a safe place so you have those to try again after any experiments.
I think someone more familiar with how Firefox works with those files would need to help you rename/substitute them.
Meanwhile, these might help:
History > Recently closed Windows
History > Recently closed Tabs
History sidebar (Ctrl+h to open and close; these will be fresh visits)
Are you using Clear Recent History to clear the browsing history when you close Firefox?
