Help! Firefox crashes 100% of time when I use either the search bar at the top of the window (I use google as my default search engine) or if I go directly to google.com and execute a search. Firefox automatically restores all the windows when restarting. So I also tried restarting without restoring the last session and still get the crash

I don't know how to get that Crash ID, but I did copy the crash report and paste in the troubleshooting info box below.

I'm using Firefox 7.0.1 on an iMac with Lion OSX 10.7.2

What's happening here?

Thanks, Vince.

So, I tried it again, but this time, I restarted the Mac and tried using Google again. Same problem. Firefox totally aborts. This time, I'm posting the crash report here.

This report also contains technical information about the state of the application when it crashed.

Oh, one more tidbit. I don't get this problem with Safari. In that browser, I also have google as the default search engine. So when I search up in the search bar at the top or if I go to google.com, Safari does NOT crash. So this problem seems peculiar to Firefox.

Vince.

Bump, is there anyone out there that can help with my problem?
