Firefox will not run on my desktop as it says its already running. I have uninstalled Firefox & reinstalled it with a fresh copy from the web but the problem persists. I open Task Manager & see Mozilla Firefox appears to be running: "Mozilla Firefox (3)". I end task which stops Firefox opening further but the same thing happens again when I try to open Firefox. My PC is running Windows 11 fully updated as at today. Can anyone suggest a fix?
