What makes you believe that you have malware on your iPhone?

Hi Paul, I was told this by Apple support when I asked them if they could remove the ek8al, it has something to do with the browser. I see it when I do searches and it annoys me, esapecially when I use at work, I get blocked for everything that I try to do, I end up just using my data. It is not on my 'Phone it's on my MacBook Air. Cheers, Chris
