Hi, do you mean your Firefox Account password, or your Primary Password?

Your Firefox Account is linked to the Sync service, and the data in the "sync cloud" is preencrypted with your Firefox Account password. That data is useless after you reset your password, and I think it is flushed completely. However, I haven't tested myself for obvious reasons. Flushing "sync cloud" data doesn't remove local data from the Firefox you are using. However, if you sign out of your Firefox Account, Firefox does give you the option to remove local data, too.

The optional Primary Password is used to secure locally saved passwords. If you reset your Primary password, Firefox can't use previously saved passwords and they probably are flushed. However, I haven't tested myself for obvious reasons.
