(Windows) the notification box that is displayed when a new email comes in, it always shows the OLDEST unread messages, and a new unread message doesnt even get displayed... this seems quite bizarre to me... to see a notification window that keeps popping up with the same set of unread messages, yet new unread messages are the reason the notification pops up.

And now, I'm sending test messages to myself and the notification box isnt even popping up so I can capture the screen and show the original one. Very strange UX design decisions... showing OLDEST unread messages in a notification box that normally pops up with a RECENT unread message.

Repro steps

1. Mark at least 20 old messages as unread. 2. Have somebody send you a message to generate the notification box.

Expected: notification box shows newly sent message. Actual: notification box shows oldest unread messages, and cant display newest unread due to threshold limits.
