Firefox 60.0.1 32bit Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical 1.0

Xubuntu runs well on an old machine and is quick but hide title bar does not work in Firefox. I can use windows manager tweaks to hide the title bar but it is not quite the same feature as I loose the maximise and minimise keys.

Title Bar is that the Menu Bar that you can mouse up to the top of the browser to a empty spot and Right Click and turn off ?

While the panels in Xfce can be made to autohide, can the Title bar really be made to autohide like a panel can?

I have used Xfce for a long time. I used Xfce and iceWM then switched to Gnome 2 only to switch back to Xfce as Gnome 2 was discontinued and Gnome 3 well sucks!. Never really considered trying to have the Title bar on applications autohide though.

The Menu bar selection works perfectly this is the title bar at the very top of the screen. In MS Windows if I remove the tick from Title Bar in Customise it removes the title bar completely so the tabs are at the very top of the screen and a small block with the windows controls is added to the top right.

Un ticking title bar on my configuration of Xubuntu makes no visible changes to the screen

Update - on closer examination I now realise removing the tick from title bar is adding windows controls to the tabs line but not removing the title bar.
