i think my mozilla firefox been invaded by alphashoppers and pipeschannels throught my cookies, throught gator (what ever gator is)
so I try to open youtube a few day back. and when I try to click (right/left) I get redirected to alphashopper search engine, or pipeschannel (eventhought the channel cant be reached). same thing happen when I try to click (right/left) from google site and I try to log out from my youtube (google) account. and when I log out, I don't get redirected to that two random site again. but still its an annoying thing, so I try to get rid those two random site. I use some adware cleaner / antivirus but no luck of removing that redirected site. i got some lead from spy hunter 4. it says, my cookies is detected as/or/infected with gator, I don't have any Idea what this gator is. it say gator is a site that give preference for people by gathering information. and sadly I cant clean it unless I buy a full price spy hunter 4, which I cant afford since I still a highschool student and my parent didn't have that enough money to spare for anything online.
so, that's my problem and I deeply grateful if anyone can help me get rid of this random redirected site. oh and I also already uninstall firefox for a moment, I decide to back if the problem can be fixed, I loved firefox than any other engine also, anyone getting the same problem ? is firefox get attacked? I use internet explorer to type this question, my cookies works just fine in IE (without get redirected to that random site) but I really want to get back to firefox so please help me anyone :) :)

Wow ! You got quite a bit of malware there : 'alphashoppers ' , 'pipeschannels' and 'Gator' at the same time ! To get rid of them, here's what you should do :
Go to the 3-bar menu (or 'Tools') => Addons => Extensions and look for any unfamiliar or suspicious looking extensions.
When you find any : remove them.
Do the same in your system's Control Panel.
However : most malware will be 'hiding' somewhere , so let's run malware scans :

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. They all work differently - what one program doesn't pick up, the other might.

oh yes, i did search in extension, but no luck, also no luck in control panel , that's why I remove my Mozilla. I try to install again today, I hope the malware is gone do you know a way to uninstall firefox completely so I can re-install a new one? since my laptop seems know that I install firefox before, so there must be some data left other than in program file, since I delete the stuff left there
First, did you run the mal-scanners? If not, you may still have a problem.
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
