Could you please help me, I'm having trouble logging into some of my accounts, I can't access verification codes or the correct passwords for apps like Amazon.co.uk also I keep having to log onto Firefox browser as it does not allow me to stay lodged in does it need to be updated or is there something else I should be doing. Just wondering if anyone else is having this curious behavior after updating to FF v112.0 for iOS - every time I quit/ close the FF app, it spawns a new dock shortcut '(even though I already have a valid one from prior use there which works fine!)'.
Is this a bug/ issue that has been noticed/ logged by others as yet?

I have an iPad mini 2, and it only supports iOS 12.x. I cannot install a newer iOS version. I want to try Firefox to see if it resolves some browsing issues, but the app store requires me to be on iOS 13. I am looking for an older build of Firefox I can install on my device. Where can I find the install files for a version that was supported on iOS 12, as not all of us have hundreds of dollars to upgrade our perfectly fine devices?
