I'm not sure if it's a problem with Firefox or Google News, but I have to manually refresh the page, even if I close and re-open Firefox. I marked the cookies options to "keep until I close firefox", but nothing changed. Any hint?

it can be useful, but I would prefer something to reload only on startup (I hate when I'm reading a page and it suddenly reload).

By the way, looks like the problem occurs only with Google News page.

Hello, in about:config, find browser.cache.check_doc_frequency and change the value to 1 (double-click on it, change the value to 1 and click OK), exit firefox and re-start it.

be sure you have :

browser.cache.disk.enable or browser.cache.memory.enable set to true also.

thanks again
