Why do my Menu Bar flyouts disappear

Click on any menu pull down, then hover over a fly-out. The previous pulldown disappears. Also happens when you hover over an item with a pop-up description. Happens on multiple computers I have which run the same OS (win7 x64 ult.).

Hello GCCDaemon, try to Turn off hardware acceleration and check it again.
