repeat messages "you have asked firefox to connect securely to 198.31.193.211:8443 but we can not confirm your connection is secure; ; what does this mean? why is happening? how do I fix this so the messages stop popping up?

I do not know what 198.31.193.211:8443 is. This repeatedly pops up aver minute or so. there is a button "get me out of here", "technical details" and "I understand the risks". How do I safely get rid of this?

This happens every time I turn on my computer, wthout logging into firefox.

Do you know DSM.net? IP is registered to them http://whois.domaintools.com/198.31.193.211

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
